All Other Desserts  (Not Ice Cream)

Brownies

3/4 cup plus 2 TBSP. sugar
3/4 cup  plus 1 TBSP. flour
2 beaten eggs
3 ounces unsweetened dark baking chocolate 
4 ounces (1 stick) butter
1 cup walnuts, chopped


Set the oven to 325 degrees
With butter grease a 9" X 9" pan
Melt the chocolate with the butter
whisk the dry ingredients together
Pour the wet ingredients into the wet and mix well.
Turn the batter into the pan and level.
Bake for 25 minutes
Section the brownies and remove from the pan before they are cool.
