Banana Smoothie
1 cup apple cider

Hot Mulled Wine
2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
12 cloves
6 spice berries
2 cinnamon sticks
Boil together for about 10 minutes then add:
1 bottle heavy red wine
1 sliced lime
1 sliced orange
Heat but don't boil. Keep on very low while serving.

Sangria
2 cups light red wine
1 cup sparkling water
1/2 sliced lemon
1 sliced orange
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup brandy
5 Tablespoons sugar

World's Best Hot Chocolate
1 square unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
1 quart whole milk
1 teaspoon real vanilla
1 cup home made BRANDY WHIPPED CREAM
Dash of ground cinnamon
Slowly melt the chocolate then mix in the sugar.
Add about 1/8 cup of the milk, whip to a paste then slowly add more milk, beating as you go.
Heat to temperature, remove from the heat and add with vanilla.
Remove from the heat, serve and dash with cinnamon.
Serves 4 one cup portions.

powdered sugar to taste
1 Tablespoon good brandy or rum

Whip the cream to stiff then add the amount of powdered sugar you wish.
Beat in the booze.

1 sectioned and seeded orange
1 can of drained chunk pineapple (or fresh pineapple)
1 can drained lichees
1 to 2 cups sliced fresh fruit: strawberries, cherries, peaches --- whatever is in season

1 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons warmed honey
1 cup plain yogurt
Chop orange and assemble in a bowl with all except the yogurt.
Stir the yogurt, mix into the fruit and refrigerate until serving.
